We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you submit a lead form on one of those platforms, Meta shares the information you provided with us and a coach contacts you directly. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
We use the Meta Pixel and similar tools on this website to understand which ads lead to inquiries and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our services. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can control cookies through your browser settings.
When you give us your phone number, you agree that a coach may contact you by phone call or text message about your inquiry and your sessions. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

MB Sports Medicine provides fitness training and performance coaching. We are not a physical therapy clinic and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Information you share about pain, injury or physical limitations is used solely to design your program and keep your training safe. We treat it as confidential and do not share it for advertising purposes.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you, request that we delete or correct it, and request details about how it has been disclosed. You may also opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
